About Team Cohesion
Team Cohesion was built by Consultant and Neurodiversity Employment Specialist, Sharon Whip, with the intention of providing practical neurodiversity training, employment coaching and consultancy for neurodivergent employees and their co-workers. Team Cohesion has been formed from knowledge that has been gained over 10 years from direct work experience, research, attending neurodiversity conferences, and more.
About Sharon
Principal consultant and autism and neurodiversity employment specialist
Sharon is a neurodiversity consultant helping businesses create a more supportive work environment for all employees, while also tapping into the unique perspectives and skillsets of people who may be neurodivergent. She has fourteen years experience working as a neurodiversity consultant, advocating for and enabling successful employment outcomes for neurodivergent people.
As an experienced trainer and presenter, Sharon has extensive examples of designing and delivering hundreds of neurodiversity training and coaching sessions across Australia. Sharon’s breadth of experience includes working in the public service, education, non-governments organisations (NGOs), disability employment services (DES) and consultancy.

In 2014 established an Autism Collaboration Table with various government, non-government, community, and education stakeholders together to improve employment pathways for adults on the autism spectrum.

Development of Neurodivergent Inclusive Recruitment Practices training for Human Resources, Hiring Managers and Diversity and Inclusion teams. Advise HR and Diversity and Inclusion teams about how to understand the needs of neurodivergent people in terms of recruitment processes.

Establishment of Employer Community of Practice Workshops to share best practice and build neuro inclusion capabilities of large employers.
